LAMA / PRACTICAL STANDARDS

THE STUDY DESK

Attention to the work.
Respect for the person.

Working habits belong beside creative technique. The responsible educator supplies the approved protocols for every practical activity.

01

Consultation and consent

Understand the brief, listen to preferences and obtain permission for the activity and any recording. Confirm the educator’s process for suitability questions, consent and escalation.

02

Scope and supervision

Work within the agreed learning scope and supervision. Pause when an instruction, product, client concern or tool use needs clarification. Beauty study does not authorise diagnosis or treatment.

03

Hygiene and tool care

Follow educator-approved procedures and the applicable product and tool instructions. This page is not a technical sanitation protocol or a substitute for supervised instruction.

04

Organisation and time

Prepare an agreed workstation, understand the planned sequence and communicate when more time or guidance is needed. Reflect on how organisation affected the result.

05

Client care and communication

Use clear, respectful language. Explain the plan and ask before changing it. Respect personal boundaries, privacy and the person’s right to stop.

06

Reflection and accountability

Record your role, the work undertaken and the feedback received accurately. Do not present another person’s work, an illustrative image or a generated document as your assessed achievement.
